For the past 17 years, the annual National Arts Program® Exhibit in Philadelphia has showcased artworks by thousands of City employees and their family members from all branches of the city government and agencies including the Philadelphia Police and Fire Departments, Philadelphia Courts, Parks and Recreation, and many more. The competition is unique as it allows participants of all ages to submit works for consideration. Each participating artist receives a Certificate of Participation.
Television crews and photographers are invited to cover the event.
