rnXOXO marks the spot this summer in Philadelphia thanks to six fun #visitphilly Photo Spots located at highly trafficked and iconic areas throughout the city. From June 11 through September 30, 2015, locals and the millions of visitors in town for summer vacations and special events are encouraged to snap photos with these structures, tag them #visitphilly and share them on social media. These instructions will appear at each structure and on ground graphics found at other great photo opportunities around town such as the Rocky statue. An initiative of VISIT PHILADELPHIA®, the summer-long promotion ties into the organization’s beloved With Love, Philadelphia XOXO® campaign.rnrn“The #visitphilly Photo Spots promotion gives us a fun way to engage with locals and visitors throughout our busiest season of the year,” said Meryl Levitz, president and CEO, VISIT PHILADELPHIA. “This project puts consumer-generated content about Philadelphia on social media in a big way. It allows us to engage in conversations with our fans, encouraging them to see and do more while they’re here. And it shows off Philadelphia to our visitors’ friends and families—people who may just be persuaded to visit Philadelphia thanks to this influential word-of-mouth marketing.”rnrnPhoto Spots Locations:rnThe With Love-branded structures appear all over Center City, from the Delaware River to the Schuylkill River.
