NutterrnPhiladelphia Workforce Development CorporationrnPhiladelphia Workforce Investment BoardrnrnWHAT: Mayor Nutter will launch PhillyWorks: Growing Neighborhood Jobs, an initiative designed to transition part-time seasonal workers to full time, year round employment. Program participants will develop their job skills though career advancement classes (such as adult literacy) and career coaching services while they continue to work part time.
